Morgen Bailey

Morgen joined the team at Batanian Financial Group in April of 2026. She has eagerly stepped into the role, gaining skills daily in servicing our clients, submitting applications, managing the client database and taking the lead overseeing the office's day to day operations.

She has about 5 years of administrative experience in the insurance industry and has enjoyed expanding her knowledge and skills while working closely with coworkers and clients alike. Morgen has been known for her friendly communication approach, maintaining positive relationships with everyone she works with. One of her favorite parts of the job is making clients feel personally cared for and heard, especially during some of the tougher times in life.

Originally born in Monterey California, she lived in San Diego for several years before moving with her parents to Port Orchard Washington. This is where she truly grew up, enjoying most of her youth in the Pacific Northwest. Morgen has a love of performing and could often be found doing a community theater show in the area with her dad. Her other interests include crafting, spending time with friends and family, watching reality tv and thrifting for unique treasures.

Yvonne Gonzalez

Yvonne joined the Batanian Financial Group in May of 2018 and quickly became and invaluable member of the team through her dedication, professionalism and commitment to excellence. Although she was new to the insurance industry when she joined the firm, Yvonne quickly developed a strong understanding of both the financial and insurance industries. Her commitment to continuous learning, combined with her responsiveness and positive attitude, have earned her the trust and respect of clients and colleagues alike.

Yvonne began her career with Batanian Financial Group as an Administrative Assistant and was promoted to office manager in less than two years. She then served as Director of Operations for six years, playing a key role in the firm's continued growth and success. Her new role as of September 2026 is as Executive Operations Manager in a part-time capacity. In this role she focuses on working closely with high-net-worth clients alongside Tim, continuing to serve with the same expertise, enthusiasm and client first approach that have defined her career. She is passionate about delivering exceptional service with integrity and genuine care in helping clients navigate the financial planning process.

Originally from the San Francisco Bay area, Yvonne now proudly calls Fircrest Washington her home. Before joining Batanian Financial Group she built a successful career with leading technology companies in California including eBay, where she served as Lead Marketing Resource Manager, and Apple, where she held positions in Product Management and Client Services.

Outside of work she enjoys watching movies and television, spending time with her son and daughter and other family and friends, exploring the beauty of Washington and catching up on rest with a well-earned nap.

Teresa Douglas

Teresa joined Batanian Financial Group in April, 2021; bringing with her over 25 successful years of experience as an Administrative Assistant. Her higher education covers a wide range of business & art related topics; including contract and project management. She now serves Agent, Timothy Batanian as an assistant and joyfully makes herself available for other co-workers as needed. Being highly customer friendly, Teresa schedules most of the endless & detailed appointments for Tim as well as serving as a receptionist answering incoming calls; screening them & passing them along or responding to them herself. She is also responsible for preparing a variety of documents servicing clients with updated personal information or other changes on their accounts. Teresa is a quick learner and has settled into her work with professionalism and confidence. She has taken additional educational steps in the insurance industry that has given her the ability to work in an advanced capacity as a Licensed Servicing Assistant as well.  

When not engaging in this line of business, Teresa delights in being a homemaker & involved with a myriad of activities along with her husband, children & grandchildren. Other interests & hobbies keeping her plenty busy include church functions, reading & writing, arts & crafts, cooking & sewing, gardening, pet care, and many other outdoor pleasures, like road trips to wherever!

Laura Batanian

Tim and his wife Laura met during their high school years in Toledo Ohio. Laura has most recently been with New York Life since February 2018. She had previously worked with Tim for a few years in the early 1990's. During that time, she also worked as a retail pharmacist, graduating in 1990 with a BS in Pharmacy degree from the University of Toledo. Beginning in 1998 she spent the next 20 years raising their 4 children and staying active with family activities and volunteering.

Laura's primary responsibilities include preparing Tim for his weekly appointments, managing marketing and handling contracting and licensing. She is in the office part-time and helps the rest of the team in any way she can, excited to be back working with Tim and serving the clients of Batanian Financial Group.

In her free time Laura enjoys spending time with Tim and their 4 children. She loves being in the outdoors and can be found kayaking, hiking and looking for orca sightings in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. Other interests include movies, arts and crafts, music, attending and volunteering at church events.
